初试忆我

今君离我而试二日，思君甚。引亦新，无断也。虽不知君阅否，期励。

Today you have left me for exams for two days, I miss you so much. And I’m still updating the quotes though I’m not sure whether you can read them, hope that can encourage you.

Today’s another day that I think about you. You’re my encouragement, without which I couldn’t be what I am now. Without any boasts, there’s no day that I didn’t miss you. You’re really my true love. Now you’ve gone for exams, let me recall my exams too.

余试时，一日一试，次日有师论，如此两日，为一轮论。有六课，后为四。六者为汉、英、数、物、化、生；四者为物化生合为理。一周七日，余一日为理试。晨试而后论，夜读大事。虽无他乐，唯大事可待，亦感实也，辰兴亥寐而不知倦。

When I prepared for college entrance exam in senior high school, I had exams in one day, and the next we had teacher to discuss with. This two days was a turn. We had 6 subject - Chinese, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology. Later the Physics, Chemistry, Biology turned Science. Seven days in a week, we had three turns like this. The last day, we had science exams in the morning and discuss on the question in the afternoon. In the Sunday evening, we read some news of the week. Though we didn’t have many entertainments, we still felt full and studied hard. We got up early and go to bed late, but didn’t feel tired.

中韩许异，然我之视子，亦如视我。甚爱子而期子利，如自爱也。今忆我，望勉。

Chinese may be different from Korean college entrance exam. But when I see you work so hard, it’s just like I’m seeing myself. I love you so much as myself. Today, I recall my exam experience, I think this can encourage you.
